Senior Site Manager – Builder / Developer / FM

$150,000 - $160,000 Per Annum + Super
Our client is a well regarded medium sized builder / developer with expertise delivering a range of commercial refurbishment and fit out projects for aged care and child care clients, the business has a track record of delivering consistently for its clients across multiple states.
The position will require strong contractual knowledge and management, experience leading a group site supervisors, an understanding of programming a projects, managing multiple projects at one time, and the ability to understand estimates and assist in pricing and financially managing projects. 

As a Head Site Manager, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
  • Lead / Mentor and guide a team of site supervisors.
  • Ensure complete transparency with your team, clients and consultants. 
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure successful delivery of the construction program.
  • Lead by example project-specific meetings.
  • Assist with project tenders when required. 
  • Monitor and oversee site conditions and WHS. 
  • Management of budgets, financials, programs and quality.

Qualifications & Technical Skills Required:
  • Minimum 5 years industry experience as a Site Manager for a simialr size company
  • Trade qualification in construction. 
  • Proficient on MS office and MS project.
  • Experience with Procore would be a benefit, however not essential.
