Receptionist / Administration Assistant

2XM are currently looking for a Receptionist / Administration / Customer Service Assistant for a long term position based in Perth.

Working in Welshpool for an international company, this position offers long term opportunities, a great team environment.
Duties Include
  • Answering and responding to incoming emails for customer orders
  • Generating reports for customers, contractors, and management through internal systems
  • Extensive data entry and data management that requires accuracy in internal systems
  • Process customer orders on time and promptly
  • Coordinate with appropriate departments in processing orders
  • Responsible for careful validation, documentation, and processing of transactions according to established M&P
  • Managing and cross-checking timesheets
  • Electronically filing and scanning documents into the internal database
  • Other ad hoc administration and customer service tasks as required. 
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer software
  • Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems and analyse data
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in MRP and ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP advantageous
