Project & Office Administrator

Job Tasks & Duties; - Responsible for office administration on Rail Infrastructure Project to ensure the correct implementation of the works in accordance with the Contract document control requirements, including but not limited to:
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures / process
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • IT matter - coordination with overseas and Local IT Support
  • Project document submission, control and registration
  • Create and update work-flows
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Support to Conduct new employee orientations
  • Process paperwork

Mandatory Experience;

  • Experience working on Rail or Metro projects in Sydney
  • Minimum 3 years experience on Projects and Office administration works
  • Desirable Skills; - Multi-Tasking, Communication & Relationship management, MS Office - Power point, Excel, Word etc.
  • Duration; - 1 Year fixed contract.
