My client, a national client-side PM consultancy, is seeking to appoint a Project Manager who is a strong client / stake holder manager with specific experience in Commercial mixed-use / Office projects.
Having built an enviable reputation for the past 20 years and possessing a wide array of projects within numerous industry sectors including government, health, commercial and residential sectors; this firm has a solid project book for the next 10 years locked away and they are looking for a proven PM who is not being valued where they are, to step up and be a part of their growth!
The role will see you utilise your robust pre-construction experience, to value manage and strategically deliver at the front end of a major Commercial Office projects 20,000m2 .
You will play an integral role to help drive and take the business into its next era.
Critical to this role, you will possess:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience working within the property industry as a client-side PM, development manager or client facing QS.
- Extensive knowledge of the local Melbourne and wider Australian property market
- Recommend project structure and delivery methodology.
- Attend PCG, site and design meetings.
- Program monitoring
- Overall project cost control v contract value
- Act as the Superintendent for the purposes of all contracts including:
- Valuation of work
- Progress payment certificates
- NOPD / EOT claim
- Certificates of Practical Completion and the Final Certificate
- Variation assessments
- Provide administrative support to the client’s direct suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
- Take pride in your presentation and have well developed articulation.
