Office Management Coordinator

Exciting opportunity for an Office Management Coordinator to be involved on the Sydney Metro project for a one year fixed term contract, based in CBD.
Suitable applicants with at least 3 years in a similar corporate office environment; Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration

Key Duties include:
  • Coordinate and carry out all office administration including reception, mail, couriers, greeting clients, purchasing office supplies and inventory
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
  • Provide executive support including organising meetings, calendar management, organising travel arrangement and assisting in documentation for reports and presentations
  • Assist in providing a communications link between HQ in Hong Kong and the Australian Operations
  • Assist in company marketing and organisation of Business Development activities
  • Provide administrative support for the SMCSW and Business Development teams.
