2XM Recruit are a leading National Provider of Recruitment & Labour Hire Services with over 10 years’ experience supplying highly qualified Technical Engineering & Blue-Collar personnel to the Mining, Rail, Engineering & Construction industries across Australia.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant/ All-rounder with one of our Clients east of Perth. The hours for this role are flexible and will vary between 16 - 38 hours per week depending on workload. 

Overview Of Duties:
  • General office admin, responding to various office matters
  • Marketing, digital media, website management, linkedIn
  • OHS administration and organising staff training plan on hazardous products 
  • HR administration, organising HR matters, staff files,
  • Stock count audit assistance, analysing reports, resolving discrepancies.

Requirements: 
  • Proven background as an all-rounder within an office environment
  • Happy with a varied role 
  • Previous experience in a blue collar environment is advantageous 
  • Experience engaging with trade/ warehouse staff
