The Opportunity:

We are actively recruiting for an Executive Assistant for one of our construction clients based in the inner Western Suburbs of Sydney. Our client is a large leading D&C commercial builder/developer.

They have built a solid reputation within the property industry over the past 20 years and possess a portfolio of credible clients.

As the EA you will have exceptional time management skills, impeccable customer service and can-do attitude. You will be a natural at working to tight deadlines, and champion prioritising competing tasks, you must also have a high attention to detail combined with over developed verbal and written communication skills.

Your role will include the following:

  • Compose correspondence for and on behalf of the company’s executive
  • Organising travel arrangements (Booking taxis, flights, meetings) detailed travel itineraries
  • Handling correspondence directed to managers
  • Producing reports and presentations whilst maintaining current database system
  • Taking notes and minutes and writing them up instantaneously
  • (Possibly) supporting multiple senior members of management on as needed basis
You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, working on a one-to-one basis with the executive team and manage positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Experience & Requirements:

  • Understanding of property development, real estate and or construction office (ideal)
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role locally – min 5 years Australian experience (essential)
  • A Friendly, outgoing, approachable ‘Can’ do attitude.
  • Ability to use initiative and work unsupervised (essential)
  • Have reliable transport and must be living in Sydney
