Our client is a large leading D&C commercial builder/developer, who also offers ongoing facilities and property asset services.
They have built a solid reputation within the property industry over the past 20 years and possess a portfolio of credible clients..

The Executive Assistant role will see you bring together all aspects of the EA function to 2 x leaders within the business, across the business operations and assisting in ensuring their busy life is running smoothly and efficiently.

With a minimum 5 years in a similar level role, we are looking for an EA who is not being valued where you are, You will play an integral role to help drive and take the business into its next era.
Your daily duties will include:

  • Diary and email management
  • Attending meetings and being involved in actioning items
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Coordinating a range of internal/external events & functions
  • Reviewing documents to brief the directors on
  • General administration & other adhoc duties 
  • Personal duties from time-to-time

Skills and experience:

  • Proven EA experience
  • Background in the building / property industry is a distinct advantage
  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
  • Professional & personable
  • Be mature, handle stress well & be calm
  • Ability to build trust & relationships
  • Capable to work autonomously
