2XM are seeking an experienced Electrical Trades Assistant to join our client’s team
 

This role is an immediate start looking for someone with  automotive, rolling stock, rail, process line, aviation and or Defence / Gov't sectors.

Duties:
  • Operating hand powered tools
  • Keeping the workshop safe and tidy
  • Production assembly & testing
  • Care & maintenance of company facilities and property
  • Constant commitment to safety and awareness

About you:
  • Ability to operate within a busy workshop
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • Rail, Marine, Light Machinery component knowledge preferred, but not essential
  • Strong work ethics & willingness to learn and take on extra duties
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical

The role:
  • On Going role
