- Responsible for the assembly, modifications, service and repairs of Industrial transformers, converters and other Electronics/electrical systems and Products supported by the client.
- Testing, troubleshooting and fault finding Electronic/Electrical components and systems in accordance with instructions, standards and codes.
- Assembly, wiring, crimping and soldering of electrical/electronic components , cables and looms.
- Set up Electronic systems and devices for Function/HV tests, fault findings, trouble shooting and evaluate performance and functionality.
- Coordinate with Supervisor/management to determine deadlines for the assigned tasks.
- Following and Interpreting Electronics/electrical schematics, point to point wiring information & work instructions.
- Attending regular training workshops and reporting to the supervisor.
- Responsible for safe working and environment procedures Responsible for 5S, KPS and care and maintenance of company property.
- Supporting Continuous improvement and Responsible for personal timekeeping.
- Follow shop order requirements and complete scheduled daily production.
- Inspect and verify parts and materials received for assembly.
- Work in other departments in order to level work loads.
- Responsible for quality control and document control.
- Basic mechanical assembly as required.
- Completed Cert III in Electronics/Electrotechnology or Degree.
- (Dual trade Electronics Electrical license holders highly desirable)
- Experience in troubleshooting and fault finding of electronics systems, components and Equipment
- Experience and knowledge with Electronics components, tools and testing equipment
- Experience in Electrical components and system testing, repair, assembly, modification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
