2XM Recruit are a leading National Provider of Recruitment & Labour Hire Services with over 10 years’ experience supplying highly qualified Technical Engineering & Blue-Collar personnel to the Mining, Rail, Engineering & Construction industries across Australia.
 
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is looking to secure a full-time role within a fun and supportive team. Our client is a leader in their field, supplying mining and exploration consumables to the WA, Australian and International markets.  This position is an immediate start for the successful Candidate.
 
The Role
  • Inbound calls - customer orders and quote requests 
  • Chasing up purchasing 
  • Chasing up warehouse facility for orders 
  • Liaising with clients
  • Administration duties 
The Candidate
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position
  • Excellent computer skill - Microsoft office
  • Professional telephone manner 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
