2XM Recruit are a leading National Provider of Recruitment & Labour Hire Services with over 10 years’ experience supplying highly qualified Technical Engineering & Blue-Collar personnel to the Mining, Rail, Engineering & Construction industries across Australia.
 
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer ideally with experience in the Equipment Hire or Transport Services industry. 
 
The Role
  • Inbound calls - customer orders and quote requests 
  • Following up with transport staff 
  • Data entry  
  • Liaising with clients
  • Administration duties 
  • $55-65,000 Superannuation
The Candidate
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position
  • Excellent computer skill - Microsoft office
  • Professional telephone manner 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
