Our client is a large leading D&C commercial builder/developer, who offers ongoing Property asset services of the highest caliber. They have built a solid reputation within the property industry over the past 20 years and possess a portfolio of credible clients within the Aged care, health and child care sectors.

They have a solid project book for the next 10 years locked away and are now looking for an exceptional Contract Administrator to join the fold.

The Contracts Administrator role will see you bring together your established sub-contractor procurement and management skills.

As a (min) 3 year’s experienced Contract Administrator, who is not being valued where you are, you will be working as part of a team (to begin with) to help consolidate projects, with the view to step up to being the primary point of contact on a $20m high end multi story aged care facility within 12 months.
With the support of a Project and Site Manager, team of coordinators together with the guidance of a commercial manager/ Director

You will play an integral role to help drive and take the business into its next era.

To be considered you will be:

  • Tertiary qualified Construction Management (or similar) qualification with significant construction delivery experience
  • Possess 2 years (min) experience in the procurement and management of major subcontract packages.
  • Natural leadership skills, team and project driven and able to work collaboratively.
  • Robust commercial and contractual analysis on related risks, with a strong ability to identify and implement project budget and time restraints.
  • Excellent and concise communication skills
  • Well-developed multiple completing stakeholder management skills
  • Prior multi - resi project experience would be highly regarded but not essential.
  • Intermediate use of generic software packages for formal communications between parties and provide a chain of custody for project records.
