We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Accessories Fitter with Mechanical interests to join our friendly Brendale team. This position will require you to fit parts and accessories to Light utility vehicles and Trucks.
 

This growing business is a leader in the manufacture of motor bodies and associated products for the rail service industry. The right applicant must be able to work alone or as part of a friendly team, completing all painting work within the allocated time frames.

Applicants will possess the following Skills and Attributes:

  • A strong safety mindset.
  • Welding experience
  • Technician/Mechanical and electrical experience
  • Current driver’s license.
  • Drive and determination to learn on the job.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A strong customer service work ethic.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Following all workshop WHS and SOP procedures.
  • Assisting with workshop duties, such as cleaning, tidying, sweeping of workshop.
  • Fitting accessories and parts as per work instruction from the clients and internal team.
  • Caring for and looking after all workshop tools and equipment.
  • Familiar with truck, heavy vehicle and /or automotive suspension
