2XM Recruit are a leading National Provider of Recruitment & Labour Hire Services with over 10 years’ experience supplying highly qualified Technical Engineering & Blue-Collar personnel to the Mining, Rail, Engineering & Construction industries across Australia.
 
We currently have full-time position available for an Expediter/ Junior Expediter. This will be an immediate start for the successful Candidate. 
 
The Role
  • Customer Service - Inbound calls, customer orders and quote requests 
  • Following up with transport staff 
  • Weekly expedites 
  • Sales order re dates 
  • Data entry  
  • Liaising with clients
  • Administration duties as required 
The Candidate
  • Minimum 2 years in an office environment 
  • Excellent computer skill - Microsoft office
  • Professional telephone manner 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Willing to learn or up skill if required
