  • Location – Truganina
  • Contract – on-going casual up to 9 months work 38 Hours /week M-F 
  • Must be double covid vaccinated

We are exclusively working with our Global partner to deliver the first ever projects in Australia in Melbourne and Sydney. The project requires an experienced Administration Support person who is a self-starter and able to take on the challenge of supporting not only the Melbourne project but Sydney too. This role will be working on site in Truganina – but flexibility to work from home can be considered.


What would we be looking for?

A true leader in their field, you must be able to provide vital operational support and general administrative support to project managers, installation teams to achieve successful and timely completion of both projects.


About the Role - Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the projects and engineering team to monitor overall status / progress of project timeline
  • Work closely with Recruitment team to ensure compliance and competencies across blue collar workforce
  • Raising purchase orders for labour, plant, equipment, and materials
  • Review any purchase invoices received for the business unit, assign purchase orders and complete
  • Update finance (contract and payments) spreadsheet and ensure CRM is constantly live with correct data
  • Assist the project teams with quote production and bids as required
  • Process timesheets and expenses for weekly paid employees
  • Provide efficient service to customers, suppliers and colleagues face-to-face or via telephone or teams calls
  • Arrange flights and hotel accommodation and other travel needs as required
  • Arrange the cleaning and/or servicing of facilities and vehicles with external contractors
  • Adhere to and support the implementation of HR processes and procedures
  • Strictly adhere to company’s Health & Safety Procedures and support compliance and other associated safety requirements in line with company policies

The Candidate

A self-motivated person who has an office set up at home will be critical to the success of this position, so we are looking for a highly organised, compliant and autonomous individual to take on this key role for our customer.


  • High level of administration skill and attention to detail
  • Team work and commitment to go the extra mile
  • Payroll, accounts nd purchasing experience
  • Experience using CRM and internal database systems
  • Microsoft Excel – intermediate/advanced level user
  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Dynamics and Outlook – Intermediate level user
