We have recently rolled out our brand new internal training development platform, with the additional of an L&D Manager to the team, which will support our newly formed and adapted career development ladder and competency framework. This will provide unlimited but structured growth for all new and existing staff that join the 2XM business. 

About the Role
Due to a recent contract win and the roll out of the 2XM Target for the next 3 to 5 years, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Professional to join our Recruitment team in Brisbane in an Account Management capacity.
The role is unique as we have a live On-Site Opportunity with one of our blue-chip clients, with a minimum of the first 6 months being spent on site, working a number of roles and opportunities whilst being responsible for developing and nurturing on-site relationships with key stakeholders.
The role will see you take over day to day management of this current account, ensuring we're delivering exceptional customer service to achieve positive revenue growth through excellent recruitment delivery. Alongside this, you will be required to further grow and develop opportunities at the clients site, focusing on good quality, repeat business. 

The role is a billing/ recruitment role initially based on our clients site, so you will need to be able to work autonomously, but also contribute towards wider team targets.  
Upon completion of this first period, you will transition into the wider Brisbane Team and become responsible for a number of our other clients and subsequent day to day delivery.

  • Day to day management of existing client and subsequent recruitment delivery targets
  • Act as a role model and ambassador within the team, setting high standards
  • Analyse existing customer relationships, strengthen relationships, and ensure they're receiving exceptional customer service, resulting in positive revenue growth
  • Drive new business / recruitment opportunities through on-site networking and relationship development
  • Ensure “best in class” recruitment process when sourcing and selecting candidates
  • Work with the client to identify upcoming requirements and subsequent recruitment strategies to enable proactive recruitment of roles
  • Work closely with State Manager to report on successes, challenges and support required to ultimately achieve the clients requirements
  • Deliver individual and team budget to support the achievement of business objectives
