​With over 16 years’ experience in blue collar recruitment Denise is a key member of our Perth team specialising within our Rail Division.

Very experienced mobilising candidates and managing the vigorous associated red tape in FIFO and Rail projects, Denise has serviced many high-volume accounts ranging from process workers to trades and engineering, allowing her to gain knowledge and understanding across many industries.

Denise enjoys knowing her market and has managed to build strong relationships with the companies she services. In turn this has seen her accounts grow and allowing her to continue servicing some companies for up to 8 years consecutively.

Developing a good understanding of Awards and Agreements, industry standards, worker’s compensation as well as having strong communication and negotiation skills, Denise is our 3rd longest serving team member having joined 2XM in 2014.
