Anthony is a dedicated recruitment leader with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He brings deep expertise in building high-performing recruitment businesses and is especially passionate about addressing workforce challenges in rural and regional communities. Anthony became a proud Australian citizen in 2020 and is known for his commitment to excellence and integrity in recruitment. As Managing Director of both 2XM Healthcare and 2XM Recruit, Anthony has partnered with the TXM Group to lead and grow specialised recruitment services across Australia. He is focused on delivering outstanding outcomes for clients and candidates while mentoring the next generation of recruitment leaders. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys family time and exploring the natural beauty of Western Australia.

Ben brings over 20 years of experience in IT recruitment to his role as Director at 2XM Recruit, where he leads with a focus on Business Intelligence, Data, and Infrastructure. Leading SustainRecruit since 2015, Ben has played a pivotal role in shaping recruitment strategies that prioritise long-term partnerships and deep market understanding. Entrepreneurial by nature, Ben has been instrumental in launching and scaling several recruitment ventures, including Lotus People, SustainDigital, and SustainHealth. Known for his hands-on approach and client-first mindset, he continues to drive growth and innovation at 2XM Recruit while maintaining the human-centred values that underpin lasting industry relationships.

"​I am the Director Client Solutions, ANZ for 2XM Recruit, having worked in the business since 2012. My focus is on driving business growth, an awesome company culture and ensuring service excellence across all our clients. During my early career with 2XM Recruit, I actively recruited across Rail Rolling Stock and Infrastructure projects, providing Blue & White Collar, Temporary and Permanent placement solutions. Prior to working in Recruitment, I completed a Mechanical / Electrical apprenticeship in Rail which has stood me in good stead when working consultatively with clients across their needs and requirements. I’m really excited about the prospect of 2XM Recruit’s growth in Australia over the coming 2–3 years and take a great deal of enjoyment working with the teams to support their own career growth ambitions. "As a Director of 2XM Recruit I am responsible for our WA business unit, striving to ensure each operation delivers and exceeds service level expectations to both our customers and our candidates. Internally I am also responsible and very passionate about the development of our people, driving a high-performance environment with a huge emphasis on career development, personal growth, and a fun culture to go with it! I have been part of the TXM Group for over 10 years now having joined 2XM Recruit business back in 2012 and what an incredible journey it’s been!
