Civil Operators – Subdivision & Live Services
$50 per hour flat | Ongoing Work | Immediate Start
2XM Recruit are currently seeking experienced Civil Operators for ongoing projects across Perth, with opportunities available in Mandurah and East Perth.
These roles are ideal for operators with a strong background in civil construction, subdivision works, trenching and excavation around live services.

- Monday to Friday, 8–10 hour days

About the Role
You will be working on civil construction and subdivision projects, carrying out a range of duties including:
- Operating machinery across subdivision and civil construction sites
- Trenching and excavation works
- Digging around live underground services
- General earthworks and site preparation
- Assisting with vac truck operations and other civil duties as required
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety and following site procedures
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in civil construction and subdivision works
- Experience trenching and excavating around live services
- Excavator operating experience
- Skid steer operating experience
- A current HR licence
- Vac truck experience (highly desirable)
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Candidates with multiple machinery tickets and the ability to work across different civil tasks will be highly regarded.
