Accountant / Administration Officer

The Role
Joining a tight-knit team, this dynamic role balances core accounting duties with operational administrative support. You will take ownership of end-to-end accounting processes while staying closely connected to business operations through invoicing, project costs, purchasing, and customer communication.
This is a broad and varied position across accounting, accounts administration, financial reporting and general business support.
Initially, you will be based full-time in the office to complete comprehensive onboarding. Once established, you will enjoy a flexible hybrid arrangement, along with an ergonomic workspace including a standing desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Reconciliation: Handle full-set accounts, month-end reconciliations, general ledger, payment tracking, charges, and follow-ups.
- Financial Management: Support budgeting, cost allocations, audits, revenue tracking, and financial analysis.
- Operations & Admin: Manage invoicing, customer service inquiries, quotation preparation, and purchase order (PO) generation.
- Stakeholder Support: Work closely with local and regional teams to streamline processes and maintain accurate financial records.
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on Accounting Experience: Prior experience managing end-to-end accounting functions, ideally within an engineering, project-based, or manufacturing environment
- Practical Mindset: High attention to detail, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
- Qualifications: CPA/ACCA qualification is preferred, but not essential—we value practical experience, capability, and long-term potential just as highly.
- Systems & Software: Familiarity with SAP (highly desirable) and proficiency in MS Excel/Office.
