About the Role
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our White Collar Recruitment team in the Perth CBD in a 360 recruitment capacity.
This role will see you working an existing desk in the Commercial Construction space, typically supplying into a range of builders, contractors and service providers in and around Perth.
The role will see you working closely with our existing white collar team and counterparts in working commercial construction across blue collar. With plenty of existing relationships, commercial agreements and contacts, we see this as a hot opportunity to come in and quickly make an impact, especially with summer fast approaching!
Having operated in the WA market for over 15 years, we have a recognised brand and, a great story to tell.
The role will see you operate in a 360 recruitment capacity day to day and, will provide a structured onboarding and, recruitment 101’s induction process, provided by our inhouse training team. The role will have the opportunity to work with a strong White Collar division with a combined 40 + years of experience, to grow market presence, build relationships and deliver excellent outcomes.
The role will ultimately suit someone that enjoys the opportunity to develop business by becoming a true student of their industry, building strong tangible candidate pools / relationships, and driving consistent sales led activity.
What does a typical 2XM day look like?
- Business Development – Build and action a sales plan / strategy and, develop value based relationships with both new and known prospects!
- Lead Generation – Generate leads without reading the yellow pages back to back!
- Candidate Pooling – Consistent management of candidate information in our database – Bullhorn, an industry leading platform!
- Evolving Tech Stack – As AI becomes more prevalent in the workforce, we continue to add products that reduce admin and provide more time to you, to do the sales led activity.
- Screen & interview candidates – Conduct thorough phone / face to face interviews to ensure you’re only sending the very best candidates forward to your clients!
- Advertising & Marketing – Master the art of writing the perfect job advert!
- Manage candidate feedback and relationships – Including counter offers and objection handling!
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months previous recruitment experience.
- Ambitious with a desire to succeed
- Confident – able to build rapport with people either over the phone or in person
- Keen to commit to a vertical desk and become the very best
- Articulate communicator with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Office 365 – Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel and, previous recruitment CRM experience.
