2XM Recruit is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial plumbing contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across WA. Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager with a strong plumbing background to join the team.
This is an opportunity to step into a long-term role where you’ll manage a variety of commercial construction projects from start to finish, supported by experienced trades, solid systems, and a collaborative team.

The Role
 
You’ll take ownership of multiple commercial plumbing projects, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing projects from award through to completion and handover
  • Coordinating trades, subcontractors, apprentices, and suppliers
  • Reading and interpreting hydraulic drawings and specifications
  • Managing RFIs, technical queries, quotations, and project variations
  • Monitoring budgets, costs, margins, and project performance
  • Running site meetings and maintaining strong relationships with clients and head contractors
  • Coordinating procurement, materials, and project scheduling
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across all projects
  • Mentoring site teams and driving successful project outcomes

 
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Project Manager, Site Manager or Supervisory role within commercial plumbing or construction
  • Current WA Plumbing Tradesperson Licence
  • Experience managing project budgets, costs, and variations
  • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic drawings and specifications
  • White Card
  • Current C-Class Driver’s Licence
