Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator (LF)

Due to continued operational demand, an opportunity now exists for an experienced warehouse storperson / forklift operator to join their team based at their Western Sydney metro workshop. This role offers an immediate start within a supportive team environment, working in a standalone warehouse adjoining a busy workshop.
Role Tasks & DutiesThe role includes, but is not limited to:
- Pick packing customer and workshop orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading, unloading and moving stock using an LF Forklift.
- Receiving incoming goods and dispatching outgoing freight.
- Booking freight consignments through online freight portals.
- Basic data entry and maintaining warehouse records using Microsoft Excel.
- Stock control, inventory management and maintaining accurate warehouse records.
- General warehouse organisation, housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Liaising with workshop personnel to ensure parts and materials are supplied efficiently.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills, Experience & Competencies:
- Current and valid HRW LF Forklift Licence (essential).
- Minimum 2 years’ commercial warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with pick packing, goods receivable and dispatch.
- Confident using computers, including Microsoft Excel and online freight booking systems.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously while also contributing within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
- Commitment to maintaining high OH&S standards at all times.
- Truck Licence highly regarded but not essential.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol screening.
- Proof of unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Current and valid LF Forklift Licence must be presented on commencement.
Dress Code:
- Long sleeve hi-vis shirt, or long sleeve shirt with hi-vis vest.
- Long work pants or jeans.
- Steel cap safety boots.

- $43.00 Per Hour + Penalty Rates.
- Immediate commencement available.
- Stable Monday to Friday roster.
- Core working hours 7:00am – 3:30pm.
