Service Coordinator – Kenwick
 
We’re partnering with a well-established business within the industrial services sector to recruit an experienced Service Coordinator to join their busy team based near Kenwick.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping things organised, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll play a key role in coordinating technicians, managing service schedules, and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from start to finish.
 
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating daily service jobs for field technicians
  • Managing customer bookings and communicating appointment updates
  • Prioritising service requests to maximise efficiency and response times
  • Preparing and maintaining work orders, service reports and customer records
  • Liaising with the parts team to ensure technicians have everything required for scheduled work
  • Providing administrative support to the service team
  • Following up with customers to ensure a high level of service satisfaction
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to keep service operations running smoothly

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Administration role
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and service management or scheduling software
  • Experience within a technical, engineering, trades or industrial environment will be highly regarded, however it is not essential
