About the Opportunity
An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Civil Surveyor to join a well-established civil contractor delivering land development and subdivision projects across the Perth metropolitan area.
This is a long-term position offering stability, career growth, and the opportunity to work on a single major project rather than moving between multiple sites. Working closely with project teams, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate set-out, survey control, and project delivery across a range of civil earthworks and infrastructure packages.
The role is Monday to Friday and includes a fully maintained company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform survey set-out for earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities, and associated civil infrastructure.
- Establish and maintain survey control networks.
- Conduct as-built surveys and prepare survey reports.
- Liaise closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and Engineering teams.
- Ensure survey data is accurate and aligns with project specifications and design requirements.
- Manage and maintain survey equipment and records.
- Assist with machine control and GPS systems where required.
- Support project delivery through accurate reporting and documentation.
About You
- Previous experience as a Civil Surveyor within land development, subdivisions, or civil construction projects.
- Strong understanding of civil earthworks and infrastructure construction.
- Experience using survey equipment including Leica, Trimble, or similar.
- Proficiency with surveying software and data management systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with site teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate survey outcomes.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
Highly Regarded
- Experience across residential subdivisions and land development projects.
- Machine control experience.
- Previous experience working on large-scale urban development projects.
