About the Role
At 2XM we rely on real discipline to operate as specialists in deep markets. That is what our clients pay for, not generalist work they can do by themselves. We’re looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our White-Collar Recruitment team in the Sydney CBD in a 360-recruitment capacity. We will consider Recruitment specialists at all levels including Principal and Leaders. Above all else is “Attitude” so if you are not at a Senior-management level, but you are driven and committed then we would welcome an application.
This role will see you working within a vertical desk delivering a specialist service supplying roles within one of the following markets:
- Technical Engineering
- Health & Safety
- Procurement & Supply Chain
- Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Training
The role will form part of our re-shaped white collar recruitment team here in NSW but also play a key part in our service offering nationally working closely with your counterparts in WA and QLD. If Leadership is part of your remit or future we would welcome your application.
Having operated in the NSW market for over 15 years, we have a recognised brand and, a great story to tell. The role will provide a structured onboarding and, recruitment 101’s induction process and will ultimately suit someone that enjoys the opportunity to develop business by becoming a true student of their industry, building strong tangible candidate pools / relationships, and driving consistent sales led activity.
What does a typical 2XM day look like?
- Business Development – Build and action a sales plan / strategy and, develop value-based relationships with both new and known clients & prospects
- Lead Generation – Generate leads and opportunities as a true specialist
- Candidate Pooling – Consistent management of candidate information in our database – Bullhorn, an industry leading platform
- Recruitment Specialist – develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for specific roles you recruit
- Screen & interview candidates – Conduct thorough phone / face to face interviews to ensure you’re only sending the very best candidates forward to your clients!
- Advertising & Marketing – Master the art of writing the perfect job advert
- Manage candidate feedback and relationships – Including counter offers and objection handling
Requirements
- Recruitment experience with ambition and desire to succeed – Essential
- Confident – able to build rapport with people either over the phone or in person
- Keen to commit to a vertical desk and become the very best
- Articulate communicator with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient with Office 365 – Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel and previous recruitment CRM experience
