Service Administrator – Kalgoorlie
Our client is a well-established construction and mining services company seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join their team in a permanent Monday to Friday position. This position is based in Kalgoorlie.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, can manage a high-volume workload and enjoys being part of a busy operational environment. Flexible start times are available to support work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the service and operations team
- Managing service schedules, job allocations and work orders
- Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Handling high volumes of data entry, emails and phone enquiries
- Assisting with timesheets, reporting and general office administration
About You:
- Minimum 3 years’ administration experience within a fast-paced environment
- Must have full Australian working rights and be based in Kalgoorlie
- Previous experience within construction, mining, transport, maintenance or a similar industry highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Able to work well under pressure and manage a high workload
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
