Project Administrator – 3 Month Contract
Perth, WA | June Start | $35–$45 p/h
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our client’s busy operations team in Perth for an initial 3-month contract commencing in June.
This role will suit a highly organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced project environment and has strong mobilisation and coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating workforce mobilisation and onboarding activities
- Managing project documentation, timesheets, and compliance records
- Booking medicals, training, flights, accommodation, and site requirements
- Maintaining employee and contractor records across internal systems
- Assisting project teams with daily administrative support
- Liaising with clients, site personnel, and subcontractors
- Supporting reporting, data entry, and document control functions
About You
- Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Mobilisation, or Site Administrator role
- Strong mobilisation and compliance coordination experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Mining, construction, engineering, or resources industry experience highly regarded
