2XM Recruit is partnering with a well-established, Brisbane-based company in Wacol that is experiencing strong growth and is looking for skilled Mechanical Fitters to join their team.

Who We’re Looking For: Our client is seeking a Mechanical Fitter who:
- Has strong machining experience
- Is confident with precision and fine work
- Can assist with mentoring or guiding others on-site
- Is open to working overtime
- Thrives in a well-run, team-oriented workshop
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Precision fitting, machining, and assembly work
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Troubleshooting and fault finding
- Collaborating across departments
- Maintaining high safety and quality standards
What You Need:
- Mechanical trade qualification (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (LF) – or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass a medical and police check
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable team player with a proactive attitude
- Full working rights in Australia
Not trade qualified but have strong mechanical skills and workshop experience?
