2XM Recruit are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a leading equipment solutions business, with regular travel across the Central West region.

Location: Central West NSW (Orange Based)
Job type: Perm
Salary: $95k – $110k plus Super DOE plus Vehicle
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of construction and civil clients. You’ll focus on identifying new opportunities, growing existing accounts, and ensuring customers receive the right solutions to support their projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account matters
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities across construction and civil projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and local branches to deliver tailored solutions
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
About You
- Experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Exposure to the rental, construction, civil, or infrastructure sectors
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Comfortable travelling across the Central West region
